1. Who we are

2. Acceptance

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms, material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.

3. Use of the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes: looking at menus, finding a Perch, booking a table, buying a gift card, joining the newsletter, contacting us. You may not:

• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or harvest content at scale;
• Attempt to interfere with the site's security, integrity or availability;
• Use the site to impersonate someone, send unsolicited messages, or submit fraudulent bookings;
• Republish substantial portions of our content (text, photos, menus) without permission.

4. Bookings, orders and gift cards

Table reservations are handled by SevenRooms on our behalf and are subject to the booking terms shown at the time of booking. Click & collect orders are handled by StoreKit and are subject to their terms and our menu pricing on the day. Gift cards are issued by Leat and are governed by the gift card terms shown at checkout.

If something goes wrong with any of these, a wrong charge, a cancelled booking we didn't communicate, a gift card that won't redeem, please contact us directly and we'll put it right.

5. User-generated content

Reviews and feedback you submit to us via this site, or via SevenRooms / Google / Tripadvisor that we then route through this site, may be displayed on the site in aggregate or with your first name. If you'd like a review removed, email us and we'll take it down within five working days.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Perch wordmark, knot logo, photography, recipes-as-described, menu copy and layout, belongs to us or is licensed to us. You may share links to public pages on social media. You may not redistribute or commercialise the content without written permission.

7. Allergens and dietary information

Where we publish allergen or dietary information on our menus, we make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate. Recipes do change, kitchens are shared environments, and the only way to be certain is to tell your server about your allergy when you order. Cross-contamination risk is always present in a working kitchen.

8. Linked sites and embedded services

We link to and embed services from other companies (SevenRooms, StoreKit, Leat, Google, Open-Meteo). We're not responsible for the content of external sites or for the operation of embedded widgets when something on their side breaks.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of this site is limited to £100.

This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which sit alongside these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard by the courts of England and Wales.
