Cookies Policy

What cookies we use, why, and how to control them. Last updated: 26 May 2026.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to remember things between page loads. Some are essential for the site to work. Others are optional and we ask your permission before setting them.

The cookies we use

Strictly necessary (always on)

These can't be switched off, the site won't work properly without them. They never track you across other sites.

Cookie Set by Why
perch_team_session Perch Authenticates staff in the back-office. Only set on staff machines after sign-in.
perch_cookie_consent Perch Remembers your cookie preferences so we don't ask again.
Turnstile Cloudflare Protects forms from spam bots without challenging real visitors.

Functional (optional)

We don't currently use any functional cookies. If we add features that require them (like remembering a venue preference), we'll ask for permission first.

Analytics (optional)

We don't currently run analytics or behavioural tracking. Cloudflare provides basic anonymous traffic stats (no cookies, no personal data). If we ever add detailed analytics (Plausible, GA, etc.), we'll list them here and ask for permission first.

Marketing (optional)

We don't run advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers.

Third-party cookies from embedded services

Some third-party services have their own cookies when you interact with them on our site:

  • SevenRooms (booking widget), sets functional cookies for the booking flow. See SevenRooms privacy policy.
  • Mollie (gift card checkout), sets cookies during payment. Mollie privacy policy.
  • Resend (transactional email), server-side only, no cookies set on your device.

How to manage your preferences

Click the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page to change your choices at any time. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings - instructions for the major browsers:

Changes to this policy

If we add new cookies or change how we use them, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date. Material changes that require new consent will trigger the consent banner to reappear.
