Perch on Lancing Beach is our award-winning café on the beach at Lancing, West Sussex: panoramic sea views, breakfast cooked from 9am, lunch from midday, and the Ultimate Sharing Roast on Sundays from September through spring. Family-friendly, right on the Lancing Beach Green, and the original Perch: this is where it all started in 2015.

Perch on Lancing Beach now has its own WhatsApp. We're trialling it because it should be the fastest way to reach the people actually standing in the building. A table for tonight, whether the terrace is open, if we can squeeze in a pram (we can). A real person here will get back to you, usually within minutes while we're open. If we're closed, we'll reply the moment the doors open again.
