Easy everyday good times, on the Sussex coast.
Our role is to make every guest's day, by delivering good times every day through engaging hospitality, quality food and drinks, in unique venues set in stunning locations. Four Perches on the Sussex coast, one team, one philosophy.

How we got here
Lancing, 2015. And what came next.
- 2015
The first Perch, Lancing Beach
Where it all started. A relaxed family café on Lancing Beach with panoramic sea views, big breakfasts and the kind of welcome that brings the same people back week after week.
- 2016
Rooms above the café
Our first Stays open above the Lancing site, letting guests wake up to the sea and walk down to breakfast. The seed of what would become Seafront Stays.
- 2018
The gym
A small neighbourhood gym opens next door at Lancing, turning the site into a proper everyday spot for the local community.
- 2019
Perch on the Pier, Worthing
Restoring the Art Deco Southern Pavilion at the end of Worthing Pier, a stylish all-day spot with panoramic sea views. Our most upmarket Perch.
- 2020
Perch in the Park, Eastbourne
Opening lakeside at Princes Park in Eastbourne, days before the world stopped. We held our breath, then came back stronger, and the Park is now home to our biggest events and most loved Sunday roasts.
- 2023
Pizza on the beach
A pizza pop-up takes over the deck at Lancing. Weekends to start with, then full-time through summer. Still going.
- 2024
Perch on the Parade, Worthing seafront
A casual seafront café and pizzeria opens on Worthing's prom, all-day brunch, handmade pizzas, and 2-for-1 Thursdays.
- 2026
Perch Everyday
Four restaurants, one home. Bringing the whole Perch family together at percheveryday.co.uk, book any of the four, order takeaway from any of them, and find what's on this weekend in one place.
